Php laravel development environment [on hold]

Me and my friend we want to develop a cloud SAASon php laravel(5.1 v) framework. We have spent our last month to figure out the capabilities of framework and to design our start-up projects details. However, when we were working on Laravel, we used our local environment homestead for workaround.

However , I want a professional kick off.... Even though we are two right now. I want to develop and merge together without interfering each other.Also later on, I'm thinking of we are going to have test/development/operation teams where non of them can interfere each other also and when there is a new deployment it should be smooth and seamless way.

Question: For developing, versioning, deploying and hosting which tools and technologies shall we use?

PS: I know on web there are a lot of blogs are written but I cannot be sure if novice people or up to date information is given. So, I kinda need a professional and detailed point of view for my question.
