How does the affiliate programs of amazon , ebay and such e-commerce websites work?

I am planning to develop a laravel based cashback deals website using the affiliate programs of e-commerce websites like amazon, ebay, flipkart etc. How does it work. How can i pay back to my customers using the affiliate programs?
