On change Load Google Map and DIV from database Laravel5

Hello Everyone I am working on a project in that one searchbox is there on homepage when user enters the location after that user is redirected on property landing page. On property landing page I am showing Google Map with filtered markers and in right side filtered property result and after that In top some dropdowns(for advance filtering) are there to filter the property and show more refined result in google map and in right side, right now I'm able to filter the data in right side.but my query is when user clicks on any dropdown how to reload goole map with filtered result from database,i want to load both the things at the same time in google map and right side content. please some help me
