What is the easiest way to use captcha with Laravel 5.2?

Have to add captcha to a registration page I am making with laravel 5.2, was wondering what the easiest way to do this is? I have used recaptcha before with static HTML pages before, could always do that. Or are there any Plugins? Does laravel 5 have this built in?
