ASK, How to Connect an Ajax Validate to Controllers on Laravel5

i want to validate my input form into ajax, and if success/don't have an error, it will continue redirect to controller function to compile the progress(in this case the progress is input into database).

can you give some basic/simple syntax like what i described?
