How to use laravel wkhtmltopdf library in windows os

I am new to laravel and composers. I am working on a project where i want to generate a pdf of my html view. i have tried http://ift.tt/13J3PJw but it has lot of issue with css now i want to use wkhtmltopdf.

I am developing the product on my windows machine and my site is on aws cloud . i want to use http://ift.tt/1zu8XUG but i am confuse that should i only update my composer for the wkhtmltopdf binary files or i have to install the software in my windows sapratly . can anyone tell how can i start this . above library also has some issue in windows binary so i am downloading my binary file from http://ift.tt/29S6Z7Y but i am totally stuck here can anyone help.
