Elastic Beanstalk Web and Worker with Laravel

Quick question.

I am trying to use the same Laravel (v5.1) codebase for an Elastic Beanstalk Web environment and a Worker environment.

After using the Elastic Beanstalk CLI and initializing it a directory is added to the root project called ".elasticbeanstalk" with the required config for the environment. If I try to deploy this same codebase to the other environment (and that directory is present), will that directory mess up the deployment and cause errors there?
