Dynamic URL rewrite from database table in Laravel 5.4

My project have product categories and products.

Below is my url_rewrite table, I have all the combinations for the URLs

When someone visits the URL like

http://ift.tt/2wEn6lU, it should pickup the id_path category/1593 from the database table, So I can show the relevant data to the visitor. Is there any way to do this in Laravel?
