How do I link to a new page from a button using Laravel5 route and AngularJS Template?

I am trying to get away from using Bootstrap Modals and link to a new page using Laravel5 Routing and AngularJS Template to build the new page. Can the solution be implemented in Laravel5 Routing or AngularJS Routing, and can someone provide an example of how that would be implemented? Thanks
