Laravel API wait to respond after many request

I execute many request on my API with Laravel, and after about 10 or 11 requests, my API stop to respond, and respond again :

I don't found timeout in Laravel ? Maybe it's considering as spam ? How can I remove this restriction ?

Do you have an idea how can I execute always my request ?
