Specicific Laravel app working fine on localhost but not on 127.0.0.1

If I run my app as http://localhost/nor_management/public/ I am able to get login but when I use http://ift.tt/2eZiHT1 it gives me error that "method [abc] does not exist"

I can use access welcome page of app with 127.0.0.1 but it does not allow me to login

I am using google API console and also using recaptcha
