difference between foreach and forelse in laravel

whats the basic difference "foreach" and "forelse" and how forelse work in Laravel what i know about both is, what foreach do duplicate your given array and work on it while in forelse it check weather it exists if yes then loop it else provide you else condition thanks in advance
