What will be suitable for my laravel application?

I'm developing a social network in which user can post images and gifs and post likes etc., Initially i'll get users on my locality which is nearly 1M. As I'm using LARAVEL FRAMEWORK and how can I manage multiple servers? And how can I manage one million requests at a time? *
