Large json post on laravel via api

i will clear you my scenario with help of example i have website let suppose example1.com and its working fine , i m posting a json through this example1.com to heroku setup with help of api and i need to post it 3rd party server, the json it quite large so when i have posted all data on web dyno controller to laravel job controller on worker dyno and in that i have receive "Allowed memory size exhausted" Error . So i have googling it and find that some we need to store data in temp database or temp file which i did but still having the same issue, if it whm or cpanel i can increase my memory limit and execution time but i m pretty new to heroku can you help me how to rectify that.
