Field 'subcategorytwo' doesn't have a default value yet, its has post data with value

I am trying to add form data to mysql db. There're all data, yet its says that Field 'subcategorytwo' doesn't have a default value. Actually, there is also field of subcategorytwo in it. just check my error and screen shot with data. enter image description here
