Implementing mailgun webhook in laravel application

I am new to webhook implementation and I don't quite understand yet how it works.

In this case I am trying to implement mailgun webhooks and I am using laravel.

I created a route

Route::post('/webhooks/mailguninfo', 'Admin\MailGunController@info')->name('mailgun.hook');

and controller
