Laravel localization doesn't work after files lang updates

While updating of lang files on Laravel I had notice that new translated texts didn't showed.

So, thinking there are a cache I find and run this command: php artisan queue:restart

After that the most part of the translated texts stopped to be translated and showed on the page.

In my views I use this syntax:

Laravel Version is: 5.5.44
