Laravel 5: All tableseeders get seeded and 1 tableseeder doesn't

I'm trying to get my ContesttableSeeder to show on my page and terminal but they won't appear.

This is my ContestableSeeder
This is my terminal and as you can see, the table has been created: create_contests_table but the seeding doesn't show. I tried a couple of times, sorry for the mess :)

Does anybody know a solution? Thanks in advance!
