Laravel 5 - Project doesn't work Locally all of the sudden

I've been coding a laravel project in team for the entirety of the semester, but suddenly today, I can't connect to the 192.168.33.10 IP from home. It worked perfectly on school and I has worked at home for months.

I can perfectly connect with putty using 127.0.0.1 and the vagrant login details.

I cannot connect to my database using HeidiSQL
