Chargley Chargify Laravel "no response"

I am implementing chargley chargify in my laravel (laravel 5) project. http://ift.tt/1JxxsrD I was able to install the package using composer.

I am trying to connect to the API using my local computer running on WAMP. Are there any prerequisites I should do with my web server?
