Mongodb Connection : Server Blacklisted

Good Morning,

We are using Laravel 5, Everything seemed to go smoothly until suddenly has fallen MongoDB connection and did not get back.

What may be happening if you have not touched anything and constantly returns this error?

Some times gives these error:

MongoConnectionException in Connection.php line 152: Failed to connect to: localhost:27017: Read timed out after reading 0 bytes, waited for 60.000000 seconds

And if you refresh it gives you this:

MongoConnectionException in Connection.php line 152: Failed to connect to: localhost:27017: Previous connection attempts failed, server blacklisted

We're going crazy because we do not know where the problem is coming.

Any suggestions?
