Laravel 5.2 Dingo API InternalRequest NotFoundHttpException

I always get NotFoundHttpException error when trying to access Dingo API InternalRequest.

My Controller:

    if (!empty($responseArray) && $responseArray['status'] == 'success')
    {

    }

    }
