Laravel - ErrorException in AuthManager php call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, class 'Illuminate\Auth\SessionGuard'

I am trying to authenticate the user in Laravel with ajax form after the user is authenticated he is redirected to front page on which I am trying to set and use the model method and display name of user like this Auth::model_name()->method but it is showing this error. kindly help me.
