PayPal System - Laravel 5 - Unsupported SSL protocol version

So I am running a custom built user system which runs off Laravel 5. I installed the PayPal SDK package for laravel (http://ift.tt/144xAvf). However while running it in both Sandbox and live mode, it gives off an error message (see below message).

You're assistance and feedback is greatly appreciated! (Also this doesn't work locally via XAMPP)

I am unsure what is causing this, but below is my server configuration:

• cPanel WHM 58.0 (build 32)
• CentOS 6.5 64-bit
• Laravel 5
• Cloudflare (for DNS/forcing SSL)
• COMODO CA Limited SSL Certificate
• TLS version 1.2
• OpenSSL/1.0.0 OpenSSL 1.0.1e-fips 11 Feb 2013
