Proper way to start Laravel Queue Worker

I have read quite a bit about it.

I know how to do it using Artisan console, but when I start it (I test it on Windows) using Command Prompt, it is up until I have console open, I close it and worker dies with it.

Question:

What is the proper way to start worker, so it can persist even, when console is closed?
