How to create oauth_clients with access and refesh tokens, While Api

I try to register and login with username password. While api.

And after success add user or check user is correct. I want to register this user in oauth_clients.

I don't know how to do this, Or I must to create manual Model.

$user->createToken('Token Name')->accessToken; is not what I want.
