Why is composer.json on heroku defferent from local one?

Im new to heroku. I've done to deploy my local laravel app to heroku, and before disclosing my app, I checked my composer.json to find the different between 2files（local one and heroku's repository）.

My thought is that each files are the same, but these were defferent.

1st question is that these files are defferent? 2nd question, if so, why did it cause?
