Laravel Shoutcast 1 to Shoutcast 2 Statistics

I've run into a bug where we had to migrate our Radio Server from Shoutcast 1 -> Shoutcast 2. In the process, our radio statistics are not working/updating. Any ideas what I need to change to make this work as I have tried a number of options.

Here is the cron file updating our Radio Stats into a .txt file. I've removed the PII.
