Can I use paypal SDK for php in laravel from localhost?

I was integrating paypal with my laravel 5.1 project. And I am getting the 404 error although all the routings are clearly defined. So I suspected that incase if I couldnt use it on localhost. Is it possible to use paypal SDK for php in laravel from localhost
