Peer to Peer Chat app using Pusher in Laravel

I have implemented a chat app from the tuts here. The problem is, this is kind of a chat room. Every authenticated users can see every messages. I want to implement a peer to peer chat app for private chat. From this tuts how can I do that?

(The question may have asked several times, but there isn't any exact solution.)
