There are no commands defined in the "code" namespace

I have a project with laravel 5.4 and when I commit it shows me this error message:

There are no commands defined in the "code" namespace.

I do not know what's happening. I believe the problem is this package:

I've already removed it in composer.json but it still keeps showing up in composer.lock

It already deletes the vendor folder and even the composer.lock file but it still keeps popping up.

Can someone help me ??? The project is working normally, only when I try to commit some of the messages.
