Regex for Menu & MenuItems php

I want to create a dynamic parent menu & its child menu in Php/Laravel 5.5. Could someone please suggest the regex for it. I need the following regex.

1. - instead of _ & (spaces)
2. If the name is the same (For eg: main-menu -1), then it should become (main-menu-2), (main-menu-3) etc.
3. Removing the following items (!, @, #, $, % ,^, *, (, ), {, [) etc.

Could someone please suggest the solution?
