where to insert the dist folder? is it in vendor folder? because I want to use dropzone and i have no idea how to begin with this. please helpme out

help me how to begin to use drop zone because i cannot find good solution from the net. when I searched for dropzonejs and I got dist zipped folder and i directly placed unzipped folder in my project folder.Is it to placed directly and use accordingly?
