Laravel php artisan does not wok?

When I typing this command:

php artisan cache:clear

I get this message:

In ProviderRepository.php line 208:

  Class 'Spatie\Permission\PermissionServiceProvider' not found

But how to delete this class from system, cause it was deleted from compose?
