How to Use Geotagging in a website To automatically fetch the Location of a User?

I am working to create a backend for Jobs Website.Where i need to fetch the location of a user once they LogIn. Some People have recommended To use Geotagging. But i dont have Clear Idea About how to use Geotagging and how to integrate it With Laravel.
