Logout from all devices after password reset - Laravel 5.4

I'm working on application security and I need to logout all sessions from all devices.

In details, I've to first detect unrecognized device login(successful login) and send an email to account owner that "someone has login into your account from unrecognized device, if this is not you then reset your password". On password reset, I've to logout all login sessions from all devices include authorized/unauthorized. I'm using laravel 5.4 with file based sessions. It's Single Page Application on Angular 1.x.

Please also let me know solution with multiple approaches.
