How to integrate bumbummen99/LaravelShoppingcart shopping cart in laravel and vue js

I'm integrating cart in my laravel(5.6) project. I have used https://github.com/bumbummen99/LaravelShoppingcart. But unable to get cart contents. As I am new to laravel ,I need a help for implementing cart system in my project.
