Is there a way to integrate C++ SDK into PHP 7 Laravel?

The project is a Web Application - fingerprint verification. I have the SDK written in C++ comes with the fingerprint reader device but my Web application is written in PHP 7. Is there a way to make this work together ? How do i do this ? Please help. Thank you.
