Laravel Prequel configuration successfully port error when open any shoution?

I am Using New Database in laravel Framework. The DB name is Prequel when I have Configured it so It's done but I am facing some Problem-related PORT number because Mysql DB and Prequel database 's Port number is same. SO I have Stop Mysql DB. 3306 PORT has free but Prequel is not working.

Please help me...
