Shared hosting site not doing the same thing as localhost

I created a site and I uploaded it to my shared hosting, but I think I must have missed something because, I'm getting a [Vue warn]: Cannot find element: #app

I know what they talking about, but the problem I'm having is that I'm not getting that error on my localhost. For me, my localhost is working perfectly, but not when I've uploaded the files.

I'm not sure if there was something I was supposed to do first or not.

If there is anything I need to give to help please let me know.

I'm using both vue and laravel.
