Google slides API | upload or import dynamic Powerpoint file

I`m currently working on a project with PHP/Laravel for dynamic Powerpoint presentations. We upload each slide individually, and the user can create a template, and select slides as he wants, then he can generate Powerpoint file with selected slides.

Each slide has already another version that compatible with google slide, the user can also generator a presentation for google slide.

My question is by using (Google slide API), how we can make the user to be able to [open, import or use template] the presentation that he already generated, so the user does not have to import the presentation manually to his google slide account in order to use it.

in the above link, the user can click "use template", but in our situation, the presentation is dynamic and it will be generated by the user.
