how to set up multi-language URL routing in laravel

I am participating in a project of internationalization of a system in laravel, but I still have little knowledge of the framework. I managed by following the documentation to do the normal system translation, but I needed the initials of language to appear in the url to improve SEO, for example site.com/en/contact or site.com/en/contact/email.
