get image not found 404, API lravel

I have a big problem, I configure an API in Laravel 5.8, is it returns me the data in format Json, when I try to display in Ionic, only the text to be displayed and not the images, what should i do to get the images displayed?

if someone can help me find the solution, how to display my images, my recorded images in a repeaters and the name in the database
