Adding spots on image and on hover get ID/Unique Spot Number

I am working on one functionality where I have an image with different spots (you can see in the image). When I will load the detail page this image will on the left side and on the right side we will display the list of spots detail shown on the image.

Functionality will be

• On hover of image spot, I should get the ID/Unique number using which I will highlight the right side spot detail container, Vise Versa
• It should be responsive.

I have checked with different jQuery packages but didn't get the functionality.

Which package I should use to achieve this or any other suggestions on this.
