What are the best way to redirect 301 in Laravel?

Suppose, My past URL was bestinterviewquestion.com/test/delhi Current URL bestinterviewquestion.com/delhi So, here is both URL. I have to redirect the old URL to new URL's. Please suggest Can i do this by htaccess or can i do it with code?
