Supervisor Consumer process for laravel can't Consumer News

Everytime when we reload the supervisor, the message in rabbitmq can be consumer, but after a while, the consumer can't recieve the message from the rabbitmq, but the process status is running, and do't have error msg in the log, Has anyone ever met this kind of we? And how to deal with it. The consumer process is in docker container.
