Trying to run my project on homestead but getting EncryptionServiceProvider.php line 16: Use of undefined constant MCRYPT_RIJNDAEL_128 [duplicate]

So i was trying to run my project laravel 5.0 and php7.0 and also php5.6 both throwing the same error i changed the cipher in my app config file to AES-256-CBC still throwing error
