Laravel add wrong php tag to response

I've faced with error the laravel add wrong php tag to my response for all requests. Also this wrong symbols added after any console command execution.

       "status": false
    }

<?phpCache cleared successfully.

I have this error in several places - local and development server.
This issues appeared after I move models classes from App namespace to App/Models.

Any advice what's the reason?
