Composer installed on windows 10 but no showing of options for composer on right click

I have tried almost for two hours of installing and reinstalling the composer from its official site enter link description here on windows 10.Now the problem is that the installation is successful but i am unable to initilize composer and i cannot see the option for initilizing the composer through right click button. Previously it had worked fine on windows 8.1.but haing issues in windows 10.

Hopefully this Question may help other developers on windows 10 trying to run composer php dependency manager
