Laravel how to remove or redirect index.php on nginx

I'm using Laravel 5 and Nginx for my project.

I want to remove or redirect or deny access to http://ift.tt/299SIm9

It causes duplicate content on google.

normally it works like website.com/ but when i typed http://ift.tt/1qAXz2Q it still works.

How can i solve this issue ?
